Tasked with repositioning a significant commercial property in Leatherhead Office Park as a modern landmark building. I developed a visual identity that is minimal yet complementary to the space, seamlessly integrating the two together. The visual identity and marketing collaterals helped play key roles in securing tenants as the property was quickly occupied after completion.
