27 Throgmorton Street is a workplace situated within a historic Grade II listed building. I developed a distinctive visual identity that highlights its historic charm and modern features. The office building offers a bespoke space where no two floors are the same, blending old and new elements seamlessly. The space itself feels like a boutique hotel, exuding a strong sense of quality throughout.

I designed the visual identity to reflect this balance, combining a classic serif typeface with a modern sans-serif. The colour palette conveys a premium look and feel. The photography showcases the building’s stunning historic and modern features, all brought together to create marketing materials that support the agent in securing tenants.
